D60 Draper Header
Engineered to be the
ultimate rigid header for swathing, MacDon’s D60 Draper
Header is a super-robust full-featured header is ideal
for high volume commercial operations. It features your
choice of either a five or six bat PR15 pick-up real
which lifts and sweeps material from the cutterbar
better than ever before for more effective cutting,
especially in tough harvesting conditions. You also
receive such standard features as hydraulic header tilt,
hydraulic fore-aft reel positioner and deluxe 24 oz.,
polyester treated fabric drapers as well as great
options like MacDon’s innovative Double Windrow
Attachment (requires HC 10) which lets you lay up to 60’
of crop in a single windrow. Condition up to 30' (9.1 m)
of crop with the HC 10 Hay Conditioner attachment on
double knife models.
D60 Series Draper Header Features

D50 Draper Header
Designed to be an
excellent all-purpose header for most swathing
situations, MacDon’s D50 Draper Header allows you to cut
at much higher speeds than previous drapers and still
achieve exceptional windrow formation. They easily mount
to all MacDon M Series windrowing tractors and feature
MacDon’s new 5 bat PR15 pick-up reel, which lifts and
sweeps material from the cutterbar better than ever
before for more effective cutting, especially in tough
harvesting conditions.
D50 Series Draper
Standard Features Include:
- Exclusive model PR15
five bat pick-up reel designed from the ground-up
for the most effective lift, sweep and crop release
in the toughest crop conditions. Features MacDon’s
flip-over finger action and cam-leading finger
control
- Extra large windrow
opening (76.7" (1948 mm)) coupled with a step back
design on the rear header panel allows for more
volume of tall bushy crops resulting in improved
crop flow and windrow formation.
- New hydraulic single
knife drive provides maximum power transfer and
increased ground speed.
- Extra-long draper
life thanks to wide rubber skim coated 19 oz.
polyester draper with reversible V-guide tracking
and an integral seal on the leading edge
- Mechanical deck
shift with centre delivery
- D50 headers also fit
on most current combines (CA combine adapter
required).
