9250 Naturally Aspirated Self-Propelled Windrower Tractor

9350 Turbo Self-Propelled Windrower Tractor

So Productive, So Convenient, So Comfortable...

MacDon 9000 Series windrowers have been engineered from the ground up with only one person in mind – you the operator.

Let's start with their performance. To ensure optimum field performance under a wide range of conditions, we've powered 9000 Series tractors with powerful, fuel efficient and environmentally friendly diesel engines – an 80 HP B-Series Cummins in the 9250 and a high performance 108 HP Cummins Turbo in the 9352c. The hydraulic circuit flow to the header of 20 gallons per minute provides enough power to run all additional header functions at full capacity, even under severe harvesting conditions. An added benefit is increased power to the traction drive which provides increased traction torque on the 9352c for improved performance on hills and in soft soil conditions.

9000 Series Tractor Models At A Glance

9250 SP Tractor
Rugged and reliable, the 9250 features a naturally aspirated 80 horsepower Cummins diesel engine and is ideal for most windrowing applications.

9325c SP Tractor
Essentially a higher, stronger and more robust version of Westward’s all purpose 9250 Windrower Tractor, the 9352c features a highly efficient, highly powerful 108 hp 4.5L Cummins Turbo Diesel engine and was developed for better handling in wet and hilly conditions, as well as improved performance in tall, heavy crops like winter forage.

Features To Make You More Efficient, More Productive

Now, let's talk about convenience. All 9000 Series tractors give you access to a number of standard and optional features designed to make harvesting easier, more efficient and reduce your overall workload. Starting in the cab, we've provided finger-tip control of all header functions through our ergonomically-contoured variable speed control handle. Switches are positioned for intuitive access, making it easy to adjust header and reel height. A computerized Harvesting Performance Monitor (HPM) gives you accurate digital reporting of all important performance and operating measurements including acres harvested, cut rate, engine speed, engine hours and header hours. Finally, we've equipped the 9352c Turbo tractors with an electric shift two-speed transmission that allows you to easily shift between low and high-speed ranges, with a top speed of 15.5 MPH (25 km/h).

More Features For More Convenience Outside the cab, we've made access to the engine, radiator and coolers fast and easy with a one-piece, hinged fiberglass engine hood. The flip-up action of the hood makes maintenance and cleaning much easier. We've also made it possible for you to work longer (with more operating time between refuellings) thanks to a large 75 U.S. gallon (284 litre) fuel tank, plus stop less frequently thanks to a twin motor rotating screen cleaner (standard on the 9352c and optional on the 9250) that automatically reduces dust and chaff accumulation on the air intake.

Hydraulic Header Tilt
The hydraulic tilt for draper and auger headers allows you to adjust header and guard angles from the comfort of the cab. With this feature you’ll be able to more quickly adjust to changing crop and field conditions.

Fore-Aft Reel Position
For draper headers, we've added an optional hydraulic reel positioner, which permits on-the-go adjustment of the draper header reel position.

Stay Comfortable And More Relaxed
So now you're working easier, more efficiently and more productively every hour you spend in the field – what about the quality and comfort of those hours? Well, thanks to Westward's exclusive climate controlled and whisper-quiet Macxi-Cab™, you will stay fresher and more relaxed than ever before. The comforts start with the Macxi-Cab's multi-adjustable air ride seat which not only provides excellent cushioning and support, but adapts comfortably to the contours of your body. Vibration and noise inside the cab is substantially reduced thanks to strategically positioned vibration isolators throughout the cab. A gas spring locking steering column with infinite tilt adjustment allows you to comfortably position the steering wheel just the way you like so that you can reduce the likelihood of neck, shoulder and back strain. The Macxi-Cab also provides thoughtful features such as a convenient door storage compartment and non-slip serrated steps. For training purposes, we've added a padded fold-down seat which allows two people to sit side by side in the cab comfortably.

Cab Forward Design for the Ultimate in Control
Specifically designed for windrowing, Westward's cab-forward design provides excellent visibility of harvesting operations.

Improved Night Visibility
A powerful halogen light package turns night into day with illumination in all directions, ideal for seed harvesting and when using larger headers. Adjustable rear lights provide clear illumination of stubble and swath formation.
